INK STUDY ($50.00)

Test Dates: August 27th - in the lab for 45 minutes and August 28th - in the lab for 15 minutes.

Available testing times are 1:30 pm, 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm.  Your testing time will be the same for both days. There are no product restrictions other than you cannot shower overnight!

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

All new and returning Participants are required to come into the Recruiting Office to sign up for available studies (see studies listed above).  We cannot sign Participants online or over the telephone.  Participants must have a valid government photo I.D. (i.e. a Driver's License) and their Social Security Number at the time of signing. We cannot sign anyone that has asthma, diabetes or a heart murmur.

The BioScience Recruiting Office requires that Study Descriptions are read in full by Participants prior to signing for any study.  Study Descriptions will be available for current studies at the Recruiting Office (posted on the bulletin board in the waiting room).  Please do not sign a Study Description until you are with a Recruiter.  Study sign-up takes about 30 minutes for new Participants and about 15-20 minutes for returning Participants.

Checks for studies are issued one (1) week after testing is completed.  Checks are available after 2:00 p.m. and can be picked up at the Recruiting Office.  Checks will not be handed out to anyone other than the Participant.  An exception will be made if the person picking up the check has a signed note from the Participant stating the person picking up the check has their permission. A photo I.D. will be required to pick up any checks.  If a Participant needs to have a check mailed, the Recruiting Office requires that the Participant bring in a self-addressed, stamped envelope for mailing of the check.

If you are coming into the Medical Arts Building to sign up or participate in a study, please remember to park legally around the building (i.e., not in a handicapped space, yellow no parking zones, etc.).  Your car will be ticketed or towed if not correctly parked.

Daily postings will be made by the Recruiting Office on this website for any new updates, new study info, office closures, etc.

NOTE:  BioScience Laboratories, Inc., will not tolerate harrassment by subjects, sexual or otherwise, of employees or other subjects.  If harassing behavior is observed, the subjects responsible will be dismissed without pay and excluded from participating in future studies.  Subjects who arrive for testing under the influence (or smelling) of alcohol or drugs may be refused participation in the study and not paid, as determined by BioScience Laboratories, Inc., employees.
