After You Find A Study You Would Like To Sign Up For: Come Visit Our Recruiting Office To Enroll

Bring a government-issued photo ID (drivers license, state ID card or passport preferred )

First, you will sign in at the front desk, and then you will read through the detailed information packet referencing the specific study in which you wish to enroll.

It is very important to read the entire packet carefully!

If You Are A New Participant:

Fill out an information packet located above the clip boards for us with your personal contact information and any medical conditions or allergies you may have.

Because the health and safety of our participants is of primary concern to us, certain medical conditions such as Asthma, Diabetes or internal prosthetics will preclude you from participating in the majority of our studies.

Other medical conditions as well as certain medications or allergies are evaluated on a study by study basis.

After You Have Read The Study Information & New Particpant Packet

Once you have read the study information and filled out applicable "new participant" paperwork, you will be taken into a private office with one of our Subject Recruitment Coordinators. There, you will sign additional paperwork in reference to the information packet you read in the waiting room, as well as discuss medications, allergies, and medical conditions. The Subject Recruitment Coordinator will explain the requirements of the study and answer any questions you may have.

Buddy Program: You Can Earn $20 For Every Friend You Refer To Us!

You can GET PAID for referring your friends to participate in our studies. Here is how it works:

First: Successfully participated in a study yourself

Second: Once you have completed your first study, you may refer a brand new person to BioScience Laboratories who has never participated in a study before. Make sure they tell us you referred them when they sign up!

Third: Once your "buddy" has successfully completed testing, your $20 referral check will be available 2 weeks after their completed test date for you to pick up

That's it! We have yellow referral cards here in the Subject Recruitment office that you can give to your friends!
